APPROVED Parking space was poorly marked. Mr. Musselman had pictures of his vehicle, which was far to the left of the sign. This area is a constant problem. Mr. Musselman works for CT Inst. for the Blind and is well aware of (the plight of) handicapped people, for over 13 years. Hearing Officer Royals will speak to Officer Pisarski to clarify this area and mark side street parking on one side. |
